these groups aren’t random watchdogs. they get funded by the eu, the us state department, silicon valley money. that means when they call something “false,” it’s not always about facts—it’s about politics.

during covid, alternative voices got labeled as “misinformation,” even when later evidence showed they had a point. pharma-linked funders made sure the dominant story stayed safe.

fact-checking became a weapon to shut down opinions that didn’t fit the official script. the label “false” was more about silencing than clarifying.

so yeah, checking facts should mean protecting truth. but when cash and politics are in the mix, who checks the fact-checkers
